New cache - Hembre Ridge.

I just got back from placing a cache up on Hembre Ridge in the
Tillamook State Forest in NW Oregon. The challenge is not so much
finding the cache after arriving, but finding your way into the area,
as the obvious routes are blocked by washouts and active logging
areas. (hint - think Trask River... :) The view is excellent though.
