I don't have a "policy" for posting images, per se. - It's basically up to the cacher whether they want to post more information on their site or mine. I do have a pretty good server with great bandwidth and backup power, etc., so I'd suggest sending me a zip file with content if you want me to put the cache on my site. If you don't have a web page designed, I'd be happy to put pictures up as well.
The biggest issue I have with having cache information off-site, is the lack of control I have in the other machines' availability on the Internet. If there's some critical information you need sitting on another site on the Internet and it's down, the geocache is basically worthless. Of course it doesn't affect this game as much, since we tell you where the darn thing is anyway :).
If you do plan to do a web site, I'd try to find a hosting company (like geocities) where their support and uptime is pretty solid. I do enjoy checking out geocacher's web sites - there's a bunch of talented people out there!

First, I think that I posted the photos in a pretty spoiler-free way. Second, I don't have any problem leaving them on my server, I was just under the assumption that the ever-developing etiquette was for the photos to go on Geocaching.com along with the rest of that stash's data. So, I guess I have two questions: 1) Jeremey, would you _prefer_ that photos get put on geocaching.com or would you prefer that folks upload them to their own locations when possible? 2) If the preference is for them to go up on geocaching.com, how would I go about getting mine to you? I've tried to send an email to you in the past, and I think I have the wrong address.
