Another model or two you might want to consider is the Magellan GPS Companion for the Palm III / V series...I got one of these, and it works pretty well. I'm also a Palm programmer, and have written a Geocaching application (none of the freely available GPS software had all of the features I was looking for for Geocaching, so I wrote my own). I'm planning on releasing the software once I get all the features I want in it, and all the bugs out (also, right now, it still runs a little slow).
