$99 for an emap (even without cables and stuff) is a bargain. Go for it.
You can post these kinds of deals anytime as far as I am concerned.
I found this site on the gps usenet group for "compatible" garmin memory: http://www.gpsmemory.com They also have the goofy e-plug if you want to roll your own cable.
If the memory works, off to ebay with my old cartridge.
