I hoping you can do me a favor.

Right *after* you add a click/zoom square for the area just North of
Berkeley....

Could you (and any others) possibly post your consent to the thread
being cross posted to the following groups?

sci.geo.satellite-nav
news.groups

I'd like anyone who's opposed to voice their concern as well.
I'm not in favor of the newsgroup if it will detract rather than
enhance the hobby.

I don't post to the Navicache forums, but I lurk there.
I've seen a lot of informative post but only have so much time in the
day. If creating a third forum will spread things too thin I want to
know about it.

Personally I'd like all traffic from all sites to migrate to a text
based medium such as usenet. I may very well be in the minority.

I've never been very comfortable with the idea of someone owning the
predominant discussion board. It has an affect on the way I post.

I'm not, for example, mentioning the usenet idea in the web forums.

Do I have your permission to share this idea in the groups listed
above, or would you care to do this yourself?

I'm not in the habit of posting email'd information into a usenet
forum and I won't start now.

Thank you for the feedback.
