I don't like your only rule. You are free to set it up the way you want, but this is not the way I prefer to see it.
If your data is going to be free and open, the only rule should be that you are permitted to copy, reuse and expand on the data in the database, provided you grant others the same rights to your derivative works. If someone can make money off data that is freely available elsewhere on the Web, more power to them.
