Florian, you have totally missed the point. I DO NOT HAVE A PROBLEM BARING THE EXPENSE FOR COLLECTING THE INFORMATION. PERIOD.
If you read the entire sentance that I wrote you might understand my concern.

Why shouldn't you? If you offer something freely on the internet i think it should be offered freely. Period. You can't really control it anyway. For me, i've added the following to all my caches on Geocaching.com as well as on my own website...
This cache information may be used/copied/distributed freely for any purpose whatsoever without prior consent of the cache owner.
Just my opinion of what the internet is all about i guess.
