For all I care Dave can take a long walk off a short pier. Yes Dave was the creator of geocaching (GPS-stash at the time), but who give a flying flip if he is going to act this way. I remember his first GPS-stash post to the news group and thought it was one of the coolest ideas I had ever heard of to use a GPS for, but he only stuck with the sport for the first few months and then abandoned it. I don't know why? Maybe he got board, had other things he had to do, or didn't like where the sport was going and rather than try to fix it he just abandoned it like a broken toy. Now he comes back and start complaining. Yah like that going to carry and weight! Personally I am tired of Dave's complaints and his lack of doing anything good for geocaching. "Put up or shutup" is the saying. Dave do something constructive for the sport or shutup. Yah I know you think geocaching has flaws but you are not doing anything but complaining. If you try to be more diplomatic about your p roblems with the present state of geocaching then you might actually get someone to listen. Right now you are just getting added to people's kill files and censored on the forums. The truth no matter how correct will be resisted if you cram it down someone's throat. Try a little tactfulness.
