The absence of law is permission.. Just like the constitution is a document
limiting the government, not "the people".. ( Ya know, the 10th amendment to
the US Constitution, and all that jazz..) Law is restriction on freedom..
period... We start from complete freedom, and work backwards to where we
want to be as a society, by limiting each other's freedoms by force...

I dont need to show you any law that "gives me a right".. You, in the same
role as a prosecutor , need to show the law that DENIES me the right...

So, yes, unless told otherwise, I have the right to walk across a forest,
off trail, and put a little plastic container under a log... And I dont
need to prove it to you, or government...
