There, I knew it wasn't worth going the trouble of decoding. Apes are
generally poor at witty banter.

But watch out. Now you can be accused of circumventing their technological
protection measure (TPM), a violation of the Digital Millenium Copyright
Act.

Seriously, I have seen no response from Grounded Inc to my questions on
their forums about what legal claim, if any, Grounded Inc makes to the word
geocaching. On the plus side, if my memory serves me right, the geocaching
credits page on Grounded Inc's Web site has very recently been changed.
Rather than saying Jeremy Irish "coined" the term geocaching, it now says,
in July, 2000, he "used" it. On the minus side, all occurrences of the word
geocaching have now been capitalized.
