It seems that I was banned from the geocaching.com forums yesterday for
mentioning another geocaching site ( http://www.geocachingworldwide.com ).
So, I'll have to reply to your comments about containers here rather than in
the forums.

I thought ammo boxes were the least likely container to leak. If the Martha
Stewart containers are better, that would be great.

But personally, I find that the places where I place caches are not ones
where I am able to get back to periodically to check on the state of the
cache. I've seen too many leaking caches, animal-strewn caches, stolen
caches, etc., for me to continue hiding caches at all unless I find another
way to do it. So, I've been experimenting with virtual caches. So far, these
haven't been as popular as physical caches ("treasure"), but I have to think
that we just haven't hit on the right recipe yet.
